About your opportunity:

In this position you will….. 

• Knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines and standards specifically related to undertaking dialysis in the home.
• Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate patient care activities at an advanced practitioner level within the specified clinical setting of home haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote effective team functioning.
