Project Manager
An exciting opportunity is available within Digitally Enabled Business Solutions for an experienced Project Manager to provide expertise and undertake specialised program/project activities to enable the successful delivery of medium to large scale, and complex projects. The BreastScreen Queensland (BSQ) Clinical Information System (CIS) Upgrade project aims to replace the ageing BSQ Registry platform with a modern CIS that ensures seamless clinical operations, aligns with Queensland Health digital and enterprise architecture strategies, and establishes a modular, API-enabled foundation for future integrations and service enhancements.
About this role
The role:
The initiative is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead work to support the definition and delivery of the project plan, including (but not limited to) the following:
- defining the scope and objectives of deliverables to support outcomes aligned to the project plan.
- provide advice and strategic input to project deliverables, to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with Queensland Health strategies and architecture.
- managing the schedule and plan of deliverables to support the development of key project management, analysis and design activities.
- engaging with key stakeholders and the board to ensure the approach supports project objectives.
- provide advice and strategic input to project deliverables, to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with Queensland Health strategies and architecture.
- leading engagements across the state, managing risks and adjusting the approach to ensure outcomes can be achieved.
- managing capability and resource development by leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary project team(s).
