Permanent full time opportunity to support the strategic objectives of Healthcare Excellence and Innovation (HEI) through high level office management, delivering confidential and professional administrative support, and providing flexible assistance to priority projects as directed by the Senior Director.

About the role
Permanent full‑time opportunity for an experienced administrator to operate with a high level of independence in a busy and complex environment, coordinating administrative services, managing competing priorities, supporting governance and project activities, and enabling effective communication and operations across the HEI team.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide high level independent, consistent, and timely, professional and confidential assistance/advice to HEI in a complex, fast paced, and sensitive working environment.
- Well-developed skills using Microsoft Office® software i.e., Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint and the ability to acquire knowledge of other Queensland Health specific software.
- Support HEI in the coordination and preparation of correspondence on sensitive matters on behalf of and in consultation with members of the program e.g. concept briefs and proposals.
- Provide administrative support for the management of the record keeping and general administrative functions, where required.
