Assistant HR Systems Support Officer

Corporate Services are responsible for major corporate functions including financial, legal and human resources services and overseeing key governance functions such as risk, audit and privacy. About the role
The Assistant HR Systems Support Officer works within the Human Resources Branch. The HR Business Intelligence team is committed, passionate and energetic about what they do. In the demanding learning landscape, the HR Business Intelligence team is responsible for maintaining and assisting in the resolution of user issues with this role supporting the Department of Health's enterprise level applications as required. In order to achieve this, we are looking for a highly performing application support project officer who will:

Your key responsibilities include
- Provide an effective, timely and client focused service through problem identification, resolution and escalation.
- Provide end to end user support of Learning Management System (LMS) and other HR relevant enterprise applications as required and ensure defined service levels are met.
- Update and maintain work instructions, procedures and standards in compliance with the HR relevant enterprise applications Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Generate monthly reporting and undertake monitoring responsibilities for SLA purposes.
- Test and investigate enhancements and changes to the HR relevant enterprise applications as required including any component required to maintain defined service levels.
Role fit
The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated ability to respond to common Learning Management System (LMS) service requests and can effectively resolve and allocate requests as appropriate. You will have demonstrated ability to assist in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to LMS and other HR relevant enterprise applications. Strong communication skills are essential to this role.
