About the role
As a Senior Staff Specialist / Staff Specialist in Orthopaedics, you will deliver high-quality specialist orthopaedic care across Caboolture, Kilcoy, and Woodford facilities. This role provides the opportunity to lead clinical service delivery, education, and innovation within a growing department, contributing to exceptional patient outcomes and the ongoing development of the CKW Orthopaedic Service.
Key Responsibilities

Provide expert orthopaedic clinical care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and registrars, fostering excellence in clinical education.

Contribute to research, quality improvement, and evidence-based service development.

Participate in after-hours and on-call rosters ensuring continuity of specialist orthopaedic care.

Collaborate across departments to advance clinical programs and integrated patient care.
