About the role
As a Senior Staff Specialist / Staff Specialist in Orthopaedics, you will deliver high-quality specialist orthopaedic care across Caboolture, Kilcoy, and Woodford facilities. This role provides the opportunity to lead clinical service delivery, education, and innovation within a growing department, contributing to exceptional patient outcomes and the ongoing development of the CKW Orthopaedic Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert orthopaedic clinical care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and registrars, fostering excellence in clinical education.

• Contribute to research, quality improvement, and evidence-based service development.

• Participate in after-hours and on-call rosters ensuring continuity of specialist orthopaedic care.

• Collaborate across departments to advance clinical programs and integrated patient care.
