Supply Officer

Metro North Health is seeking a proactive and dependable Supply Officer to join the Caboolture Supply team. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless flow of clinical consumables, equipment, and general supplies across Caboolture Hospital, directly supporting frontline staff to deliver safe and high-quality patient care.

About the role
As a Supply Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end physical distribution process, including receipting incoming goods, storing stock appropriately, accurately picking and packing orders, and coordinating timely dispatch and delivery to various clinical and non-clinical areas. Your work will ensure that essential supplies are available where and when they are needed, contributing to efficient hospital operations and positive patient outcomes.
About you

- Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health's core values, as outlined below.
- Perform functions associated with the receipt, handling, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and delivery of Clinical Consumables; equipment (clinical & non-clinical) and other goods;
- Perform delivery functions, in accordance with schedules and requirements, to meet customer needs.
- Support to Imprest storage locations including: maintaining bar code labels up to date, removing empty boxes & maintaining the storage locations in a neat and tidy state;
