Oral Health Therapist - Senior

Join our team to deliver high-level oral health clinical services while providing daily supervision and support to less experienced oral health practitioners. Take on a leadership role in championing evidence-based dental and oral health therapy practices, contributing to education initiatives, and participating in innovative research projects across the School Dental Service (SDS) and Metro North Oral Health Services (MNOHS).

Deliver high level oral health clinical services and provide day to day clinical supervision and support to less experienced oral health practitioners.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Deliver high level oral health clinical services within a variety of caseloads in a community or hospital setting in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
- Provide high level clinical advice with regard to oral health service delivery to diverse stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on clinical practices and outcomes within clinical service area.
- Demonstrate knowledge of, or an ability to acquire knowledge of, procedures, policies, regulations, and standards which impact upon the position, in particular Public Sector Guidelines, and a knowledge of contemporary human resource management issues such as workplace health and safety, equal opportunity, and anti-discrimination.
