Fixed-term temporary full-time opportunity to effectively lead and manage all aspects of the electronic patient management system, including staff and student training and support, roster development, reporting, and troubleshooting, while providing timely and effective advice to the Oral Health leadership team through data analysis, trend interpretation, and regular reporting.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff on daily basis including routine and emergent relief; and undertake/support the process for recruitment and selection of administrative staff.
- Contribute to the provision of effective customer services by fostering team building and maintaining cooperative relationships, leading change and contributing to quality improvement activities.
- Contribute to high professional standards for administration services by resolving day to day operational issues related to procedures and staff within the team, assisting with review and development of work practices/procedures and facilitate professional development for administrative staff.
- Provide monitoring of the electronic patient management system and elated initiatives and issues
