Temporary full-time opportunity to assess the medical, physical, cultural, psychological, and social care needs of frail older persons to help them access a range of Australian Government-subsidised aged care services.

Temporary full-time opportunity to accurately and efficiently screen, triage and register consumers requiring an aged care assessment.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Efficiently operate call centre equipment by responding professionally to incoming calls to the service, ensure the caller is assisted, transferred, or redirected correctly within a timely manner.
- Accurately and efficiently register patients and clients in various electronic programs/databases.
- Build relationships with clients, using strong communication skills and negotiation skills to understand customers' needs and to deliver a service that meets their needs and policy guidelines.
- Effectively communicate with clients and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive service focus.
