What your day will look like….
Your day will be filled with meaningful clinical work, leadership, and collaboration. You'll provide expert care to patients, guide junior medical staff, and work closely with nursing and allied health teams to improve outcomes. You'll contribute to education and research, participate in governance and quality initiatives, and help shape the future of rural healthcare. Whether you're leading change, mentoring others, or refining care processes, your work will directly impact the health and wellbeing of the Dalby community—and beyond.
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $502,186 (L27) comprising salary rates between $348,583 (L13) and $502,186 (L27) p.a. motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
