Staff Specialist Anaesthetics

You'll deliver safe, high-quality anaesthesia and acute pain services while collaborating with a skilled multidisciplinary team across operating theatres, intensive care, and maternity. Your role includes providing expert clinical advice, mentoring junior doctors, and contributing to education and research initiatives. You'll also lead improvements in care processes and participate in clinical governance to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $381,337 (L18) up to $476,304 (L27) comprising salary rates between $103.79 (L18) and $131.60 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
