What your day will look like….
In Goondiwindi, your day unfolds with a rewarding mix of clinical leadership, hands‑on care, and meaningful patient connection. You'll support the community through emergency and inpatient care, collaborate closely with dedicated colleagues, and guide multidisciplinary teams as a respected clinical leader. Outreach work across the Goondiwindi region—including Texas, Inglewood, Stanthorpe and Warwick—adds variety and gives you the chance to build relationships with diverse communities. Whether you're refining care pathways, mentoring the next generation of health professionals, or contributing to continuous quality improvement, your work has a direct and visible impact. You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $487,754 (L27) comprising salary rates between $334,026 (L13) and $487,754 p.a. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
