Join a Rehabilitation and Recovery Service team who walk alongside adults living with mental health conditions. We provide compassionate, recovery focused care and deliver individual and group occupational therapy programs that supporting engagement in meaningful occupations and build independence.

What your day could look like
- Walk alongside a person with severe and complex mental illness, supporting them with compassion and expertise as they move from hospital back into their community.
- Work with a sense of autonomy, meeting each person where they are and engaging with them in ways that honour their individual needs, strengths, and stage of recovery
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver community‑based therapeutic group programs that are grounded in evidence‑informed, contemporary mental health care—creating safe, supportive spaces for people to engage, grow, and strengthen their recovery.
- Provide occupational therapy group programs within mental health units, creating supportive spaces where individuals engage in meaningful occupations and therapeutic interventions that strengthen self‑management, confidence, and independence
- Support individuals in their desire to engage in meaningful occupation
