Respiratory Physician
About this role
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $381,172 (L27) comprising salary rates between $103.79 (L18) and $131.60 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value. This is a permanent part time, 64 hours per fortnight role.
What your day could look like
As a Respiratory Physician, you'll play a key role in delivering expert care and advancing services for patients across the region. From managing complex conditions to partnering with multidisciplinary teams, your work will improve health outcomes and access to specialist care.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering high-quality inpatient and outpatient care for respiratory and sleep conditions
- Performing specialised procedures to support diagnosis and treatment
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, coordinated care
- Supporting education, mentoring junior clinicians, and continuous improvement
