What your day could look like
As Medical Superintendent, you'll play a key role in strengthening care delivery for a rural community, balancing clinical practice with leadership to drive safe, high-quality outcomes. - Connecting with the broader health network to coordinate care and strengthen community health outcomes
Let's talk about you!
You're a confident and compassionate clinician who thrives in a leadership role where your decisions directly impact a community. You bring integrity to every interaction, lead with respect, and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo to improve care. Whether guiding a team through complex situations or supporting patients and families, you take pride in delivering meaningful outcomes where it matters most.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA
- Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM
- Strong clinical capability across a broad scope of practice, including emergency care
- Proven ability to lead, collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment
