Clinical Director Radiology
About this role
You will receive a competitive remuneration package comprising base salary rates between $103.80 (L18) and $131.61 p.h. (L27), plus relevant allowances and entitlements in accordance with Medical Officers (Queensland Health) Award – State 2015, Medical Officers (Queensland Health) Certified Agreement (No.7) 2025 and Health Employment Directive 4/22 (Senior Medical Officers: Remuneration Support – Private Practice diagnostic bill), with the total package subject to the candidate's qualifications, experience, and eligibility for specialist registration.
What your day could look like
As Clinical Director Radiology, you'll help shape high-quality imaging services that directly improve patient outcomes across the region. You'll lead with purpose, partnering with teams to strengthen care and service delivery.
Every day, you'll:
- Guide a radiology team to deliver safe, high-quality clinical outcomes
- Lead quality, governance and service improvements in medical imaging
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient pathways
- Drive workforce planning and service growth to meet community needs
