What your day could look like

As a Clinical Midwife - Caseload, you'll support women and families through one of life's most important journeys. Working in a continuity of care model, you'll build trusted relationships, deliver high-quality maternity care, and contribute to positive outcomes. Every day, you'll:

• Provide personalised, evidence-based care across pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to support safe maternity experiences.
• Support colleagues and students while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that strengthen maternity services and outcomes.

You're a compassionate midwife who builds strong relationships with women, families and colleagues. You bring sound clinical judgement, confidence in autonomous practice, and a commitment to respectful, woman-centred care. 

To thrive in this role, you'll have:

• Registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Strong clinical capability across the maternity continuum and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication that supports collaboration and advocacy.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.

You'll stand out if you have experience in continuity of care or caseload midwifery and/or relevant postgraduate qualifications. Most importantly, you're passionate about delivering exceptional maternity care and positive experiences for women, babies and families.
