As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll help build a confident, capable nursing workforce that delivers safe, high-quality care for patients across the Emergency Department. From supporting clinical learning to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you'll work closely with leaders and frontline teams to make a meaningful difference every day.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Empowering nurses and students to build clinical capability through coaching, mentoring and practical learning opportunities.

- Partnering with multidisciplinary teams to identify learning needs and implement solutions that enhance quality and safety.
- Driving continuous improvement through education initiatives, feedback, audits and practice development activities.
Let's Talk About You

You lead with compassion, integrity and courage, creating positive learning experiences that build confidence and capability in those around you. You bring a collaborative mindset, value professional growth, and take pride in knowing your support helps deliver better outcomes for patients, families and colleagues. You're not just focused on today's challenges, you're committed to strengthening the workforce of tomorrow.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise with the ability to coach, assess and develop nursing staff.
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety and evidence-based practice.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in clinical education or a relevant specialty area and/or experience in clinical facilitation, education or workforce development.
