About this role
The role
The Business Delivery Advisor will lead and deliver high level support, system administration, application advice and guidance to support clinical service delivery, ensuring the effective and efficient operations of eHealth's Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS). The role is responsible for leading business-as-usual system/application changes; and support services required for operational delivery of the Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS).
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement and finance activities including;
- Maintaining financial registers, cost centre expense review and analysis to support forecasting, and the submission of cost recoveries, accruals and prepayments.
- Quote requests, raising purchase orders, order tracking and coordinating deliveries where required and goods receipting/invoice processing.
- Participate in asset management and stocktake activities including;
- Maintaining asset registers.
- Assist with activities pertaining to the acquisition of new assets or the decommissioning/disposal of assets being retired.
- Assist with the management of asset stocktakes and the development of stocktake related documentation.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Knowledge of clinical informatics systems and an understanding of workflows used in clinical departments.
- The ability to identify and analyse problems associated with information management systems and develop remedial strategies and implement recommendations that are aligned with customer requirements.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge developing tailored business solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.
- Provide regular advice on Key Performance Indicators to the Operations Manager and Manager, CVIS.
- An ability to work autonomously and to be able to manage small projects including an ability to provide business analyst support.
- Proven effective consultative, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills appropriate to an environment of change and evolution including a demonstrated ability to prepare and present complex reports, including ability to present project finance reports in a meaningful way.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information of a sensitive nature in a continuously reforming environment.
