Your opportunity:
- To provide high level acute generalist physiotherapy clinical services to patients of Bundaberg Hospital. The position performs as an acute generalist senior through weekday shifts and leads a two physiotherapist and one clinical assistant team to manage an acute hospital-wide priority list on rostered weekends and public holiday to provide a 7 day service.
- To deliver professional leadership and act as a resource in their area of expertise within the Bundaberg Hospital including clinical practice supervision of less experienced physiotherapists and clinical support staff. The position will function and participate in interdisciplinary and collaborative teams within the Bundaberg Hospital.
- To collaboratively manage the day-to-day operational service delivery for the hospital-wide inpatient weekend and public holiday service between the occupants of this role. There are three positions for two fulltime equivalents for this role. This advertised role represents a job share with another 0.5 FTE position.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $78,680 p.a., comprising salary between $64,084 - $68,959 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Part Time, 38 hours p.f.)
