Psychologist - Advanced (Professional Lead) (Bundaberg, Hervey Bay or Maryborough)
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Psychologist to join our Mental Health Services team based at Bundaberg, Hervey Bay or Maryborough Hospitals in the role of Advanced Professional Lead. This senior position provides expert clinical leadership, professional governance, and strategic direction to psychologists across the service. You will play a key role in shaping high-quality, evidence-based psychological practice and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional excellence.

Your opportunity:
- This position is required to provide an advanced level of Psychology clinical knowledge and expertise to promote the disciplines' clinical input across the therapies provided across all models of care in Mental Health and Alcohol and other Drug Service (AODS).
- Provide professional leadership to the psychologists working within the WBMHSS, including the provision of advanced level professional leadership, clinical training and clinical supervision and monitoring participation in Supervisor Training and Accreditation Program (STAP).
- Lead and manage identified Clinical staff by fostering and committing to patient safety, quality and innovation in the delivery of therapeutic treatment across the Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Service (WBMHSS).

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $172,615 p.a., comprising salary between $144,991- $151,289 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
