Director Allied Health (Fraser Coast)
Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to join our team as the Director of Allied Health Services – Fraser Coast. This pivotal role provides strategic and operational leadership to a broad range of Allied Health disciplines, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care across the Fraser Coast region. As the Director, you will drive service excellence, workforce capability, and collaborative models of care. You will work closely with clinical, operational and executive leaders to deliver innovative, safe, and sustainable Allied Health services that meet the needs of our communities now and into the future.

Your opportunity:
- Accountable for the delivery of high-level strategic leadership and managerial knowledge, skills and experience to drive service improvement and high value care inclusive of Allied Health, Medical Imaging and Pharmacy services at Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals
- Lead change management practices and provide strong influential leadership to drive innovation, research and new models of care reflecting contemporary practice in Allied Health.
- This role will be expected to participate in the Executive on call roster.

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $190,788 p.a., comprising salary between $161,540 - $167,217 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP6) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hrs p.f.)
