Your opportunity:
- To provide high level community-based Occupational Therapy clinical services to clients of the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service, including the Transition Care Program.
- The position will focus on providing occupational therapy programs for the rehabilitation/ restorative care of people who have been discharged after an acute or sub-acute episode of care; preventing inappropriate and avoidable admissions to acute care or permanent residential aged care.
- To provide clinical practice supervision for HP3 Occupational Therapy staff within the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service.
- To assist with supervision and leadership and provide delegation to allied health assistants within the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service, to ensure safe and effective provision of delegated therapy programs.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $157,360 p.a., comprising salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
