Occupational Therapist or Psychologist or Social Worker - Senior (Allied Health Educator - Mental Health Alcohol & Other Drugs Services)
We are seeking an Allied Health Educator to support our Mental Health Alcohol & Other Drugs Service. This role focuses on delivering high-quality education, training, and workforce development to enhance best practice, improve consumer outcomes, and strengthen multidisciplinary care. This position is ideal for an experienced allied health professional with a passion for education, workforce development, and continuous improvement.

Your opportunity:
The Allied Health Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Services (MHAODS) Clinical Educator will enhance the development of the allied health workforce through:
- Delivering high quality evidenced based Allied Health clinical education services for allied health professions within the MHAODS.
- Providing allied health specific training within MHAODS.
- Supporting the entry-level workforce to obtain minimum and desirable skills.
- Facilitating a training, mentoring and supervision strategy for allied health in MHAODS to guide skill development and maintenance of core competencies from pre-entry and new graduates to advanced allied health practitioners.
- Expanding the capacity of the allied health workforce to provide clinical education placements.
Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) or Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable).

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $157,360 p.a., comprising salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a. (f/t) or salary between $64.64 - $69.56 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f. or Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable).
