Clinical Nurse (Health Promotion) (Bundaberg)

As a Clinical Nurse (Health Promotion), you’ll deliver education, prevention, and community-focused initiatives within a supportive team at Sexual Health Wide Bay. This role involves working with diverse populations to promote safe sexual health practices and evidence-based health promotion activities across community and clinical settings.

Your opportunity:
- To provide expert clinical and patient-centred care within Q Clinic by supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.
- This is a cross HHS position based at Wide Bay Sexual Health, Bundaberg and serves the communities within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service.
- This position will facilitate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of Queensland's HIV, Viral Hepatitis and Sexually Transmissible Infections Strategy within the given geographical area.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $57,202.53 p.a., comprising salary between $56.08 - $60.05 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)) (Permanent Part Time, 32 hours p.f.)
