Physiotherapist - Senior (Straight to Review Emergency Avoidance Methods) (Bundaberg)
Bundaberg Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our progressive Integrated Care Services team. In this role, you will work at an advanced practice level within Straight to Review Emergency Avoidance Methods, delivering timely, high-quality physiotherapy assessment and intervention. You will have the opportunity to practice autonomously, apply advanced clinical decision-making skills, and work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team to improve patient flow, prevent avoidable hospital admissions, and deliver genuinely patient-centred care.

Your opportunity:
- The Straight to review Emergency Avoidance Model (STREAM) is an initiative of the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service funded through Connected Community Pathways. The service is aimed at reducing ED wait times for suitable patients and offers a pathway for direct admission to Integrated Care Services.
- STREAM supports early intervention, rapid discharge, and avoidance of unnecessary hospital presentations or stays.
- To deliver high level Physiotherapy clinical services and professional expertise for STREAM patients within the Integrated Care Services, Bundaberg.
- Work autonomously within the interdisciplinary Integrated Care Team to manage, coordinate and provide optimal and responsive Physiotherapy services for STREAM and other patients as prioritized across Integrated Care Services as requested by the Integrated Care Bundaberg Team Leader/NUM.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $78,680 p.a., comprising salary rates $64.64 - $69.56 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Part Time, 38 hours p.f.).
