Your opportunity:
- The Acute Care Team provides triage, assessment and brief interventions to assist consumers experiencing difficulties due to acute mental health concerns. Following triage, the most appropriate care type is determined including inpatient, community or crisis interventions.
- The purpose of the role is to provide high level clinical, specialised Mental Health and psychology assessment, counselling and brief intervention to mental health consumers within a multidisciplinary community mental health Acute Care Team. The position is responsible for providing consultancy, education and supportive or therapeutic programs for individuals and specific target groups. The position utilises broad therapeutic knowledge and clinical skills to independently manage a complex case load including the ability to effectively analyse and make clinical decisions to deliver a range of evidence based therapeutic interventions.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $157,360 p.a., comprising salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
