Your opportunity:
- To provide efficient and effective Occupational Therapy service to the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service Frailty Virtual Team. The team is Geriatrician led, consisting of Medical, Nursing and Allied Health staff providing rapid access for known patients and an alternative care pathway for sub and non-acute patients.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $132,567 p.a., comprising salary between $79,051 - $116,189 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
