Occupational Therapist or Social Worker or Psychologist - Senior (Mental Health Clinical - Therapy) (Hervey Bay and Maryborough)
We’re seeking a passionate Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our Mental Health Therapy Team servicing Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals. In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver evidence-based interventions, provide comprehensive assessments, and support consumers. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a key role in improving mental health outcomes while contributing to service development and continuous quality improvement.

Your opportunity:
The purpose of the Mental Health Clinician - Senior (Therapy) is to provide high level clinical, specialised mental health and psychology assessment, counselling and therapeutic intervention to mental health consumers within a multidisciplinary community mental health therapy team. The position is responsible for providing consultancy, education and supportive or therapeutic programs for individuals and specific target groups. The position utilises broad therapeutic knowledge and clinical skills to independently manage a complex case load including the ability to effectively analyse and make clinical decisions to deliver a range of evidence based therapeutic interventions.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $157,360 p.a., comprising salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
