Your opportunity:
- The Nursing Director – Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services (WBMHSS) is a nursing leadership and management position accountable for operational and professional leadership, management and delivery of nursing service within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) mental health and specialised services.
- The Nursing Director is also accountable at an expert professional and leadership level for the delivery of high quality, evidence-informed nursing standards within the WBMHSS.
- The Nursing Director has the authority to manage the human and financial resources of the WBMHSS in accordance with the delegations of the position and the approved policies and procedures
- The Nursing Director provides professional leadership to nursing staff and is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of nursing workforce plans which are consistent with contemporary standards and best practice.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $211,068 p.a., comprising salary $184,991 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 11) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
