About the role

This role combines high‑level strategic and operational responsibilities with direct clinical duties, and is accountable for clinical governance, workforce development, cross‑sector collaboration, education, and quality and safety improvement.

About you

• Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Team Leaders and executive leadership to support integrated service delivery, system design and innovation.
• Initiate and lead professional collaboration, negotiation and service integration with internal stakeholders and external partners to reduce duplication, achieve agreed outcomes and improve care continuity.
