About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Clear understandings of the Queensland Health Code of Conduct, to ensure responses and inquiries from internal and external clients are met ensuring confidentiality in maintained.
- Provide administration support to frontline clinical/business support staff, including Reception and switchboard services for Bribie Island Satellite Health Centre and to supply a range of administration duties required to deliver client focussed, high quality and efficient services.
- Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support including the production of high-quality documents and records, enquiry screening and diary management as required, including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation
- Exercise judgement and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken.
