About this role
Your new Role:
As a Clinical Nurse – Clinical Facilitator within Internal Medicine, you will deliver advanced, patient-centred care while leading clinical education, supporting staff development, and driving best practice across multiple medical units. Working autonomously within a collaborative team, you'll play a pivotal role in clinical leadership, quality improvement, and workforce capability in a rapidly expanding hospital environment.
About You:
You are an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while supporting the growth and development of others.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical skills in Internal Medicine nursing
- Strong leadership and decision-making in complex environments
- Passion for education, mentoring and developing nursing staff
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in clinical facilitation, teaching or staff development
- Proficient in EMR and clinical information systems

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
