Your new role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of Human Resources services within a busy healthcare environment, contributing to a high-performing and people-focused team. You will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team, including inbox management, scheduling, document handling, and general coordination tasks
- Assist with key HR processes such as corporate orientation, staff recognition programs, leave processing, and novated lease administration
- Act as a first point of contact for HR enquiries, delivering professional and confidential support to a wide range of stakeholders
- Support meetings and committees through minute taking and coordination, while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
About you:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality administrative support. You have:
- Demonstrated experience in administration, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HR systems such as SAP and myHR
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage professionally and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A commitment to accuracy, quality outcomes, and contributing positively to team culture and organisational values

Redland Hospital:
Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
