About this role
Your new role:
As an Administrative Support Officer within the Queensland Drug and Alcohol Court (QDAC), you will play a vital role in supporting a multiagency team to deliver efficient, client-focused services in a dynamic health and justice environment.
- Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the QDAC Queensland Health Team
- Deliver professional front desk and reception services, including managing enquiries, coordinating communications, and supporting clients, staff, and visitors
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation across key systems, supporting compliance with legislative and organisational requirements
- Assist with a broad range of administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, record management, and cross-team support as needed
About you:
You are an organised and adaptable administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to delivering respectful, client-centred service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads, work independently, and exercise sound judgment in a busy environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail and experience managing data and documentation within administrative or health-related systems
