Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a dynamic 17-bed ward, supporting diverse acute and cardiac patients within a collaborative Bayside Health Service team.
About this role
Your new Role:
As a Registered Nurse in Canaipa Ward, you will provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based care across acute, sub-acute, medical, stroke and cardiology patients, including telemetry monitoring. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will apply clinical assessment, planning and evaluation skills to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role supports ongoing professional growth, enabling you to develop from a graduate nurse into a highly skilled clinician while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centred care across Bayside Health Service.

You are a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse who delivers high-quality, person-centred care while demonstrating clinical excellence, teamwork and a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Deliver safe, evidence-based care using strong assessment, planning and critical thinking skills
