Bayside Health Service is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse – Intensive Care to join the growing ICU team at Redland Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a contemporary critical care environment delivering high-quality clinical care, mentoring staff and contributing to service improvement initiatives! About Your Role
As the Clinical Nurse – Intensive Care, you will provide advanced clinical leadership and specialist nursing care within the ICU/HDU environment at Redland Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced clinical care to critically ill patients within ICU/HDU
- Provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to nursing staff
- Coordinate and evaluate complex patient care and clinical priorities
- Participate in quality improvement, audits and patient safety initiatives
- Support education, mentoring and clinical development of staff and students
About You
You are an experienced and motivated Intensive Care nurse with advanced clinical knowledge, strong critical thinking skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

- Advanced clinical experience within Intensive Care nursing
- Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to lead and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Postgraduate critical care qualifications highly regarded
