About this role
Your new role:
As a Rotational Physiotherapist, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across a variety of clinical settings within Metro South Health, building your skills through diverse rotations and collaborative practice.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and discharge planning across hospital and community settings
- Manage a varied caseload while applying clinical judgement, maintaining accurate documentation, and meeting service requirements
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to supervision, education, and quality improvement initiatives, supporting students and allied health assistants
About you:
You are a motivated and adaptable Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and developing your skills across diverse clinical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centred, evidence-based physiotherapy services across a range of clinical areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ongoing learning, professional development, and continuous improvement
- Ability to support and guide students or assistants, and contribute to education and service development activities

About Logan-Beaudesert Physiotherapy Department
Rehab@Home Service
The Rehab@Home service is a multi-disciplinary, time limited community service providing rehabilitation, restorative care and urgent maintenance level services to clients including Transition Care Program (TCP) within the Metro South at Home (MSH@Home).
The Transition Care Program (TCP) is a jointly funded Commonwealth and Queensland Health Initiative offering older clients time-limited and goal oriented Flexible Care Packages. This Program is designed for older people who, at the conclusion of their acute inpatient episode, require more time and support in a non-hospital environment (community or residential setting) to complete their restorative process to optimise their functional capacity and finalise their longer-term care arrangements.
