Metro South Health is seeking experienced and passionate Clinical Nurses to join the Intensive Care Unit at Logan Hospital. Multiple permanent full-time and part-time Nurse Grade 6 opportunities are available within a modern 16-bed ICU delivering advanced critical care services in a dynamic, collaborative and research-focused environment.

In this role, you will provide advanced critical care nursing and clinical leadership to support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering expert clinical care and care coordination for critically ill patients with complex healthcare needs
- Providing clinical leadership, mentorship and support to nursing staff, students and multidisciplinary team members

You are a skilled and compassionate critical care nurse with strong clinical leadership capabilities and a commitment to excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in intensive care nursing and management of critically ill patients
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills in complex healthcare environments

Logan Hospital:
Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
