Nurse Practitioner Candidate (2nd Year)

Your new role:

Develop advanced Emergency nursing practice while progressing toward Nurse Practitioner endorsement in a supported, high-performing clinical environment. Working across the Redlands Emergency Department and Satellite Health Centre Minor Injury and Illness Clinic, you will deliver expert, evidence-based patient care, advanced assessment and clinical decision-making within an approved scope of practice under specialist mentorship.

This role offers the opportunity to strengthen autonomous practice, contribute to service improvement and quality outcomes, and help shape contemporary models of emergency healthcare through collaborative, patient-centred care.

About you:

You are a passionate and experienced Emergency Nurse ready to advance your clinical practice, embrace autonomous decision-making, and progress toward Nurse Practitioner endorsement in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
