About this role
Your new role:
Princess Alexandra Hospital is seeking a motivated and detail-focused professional to manage specialist patient revenue and debt recovery services within Metro South Health. In this pivotal role, you will oversee outstanding patient accounts, liaise with patients, third-party agencies and business partners, conduct quality audits, and drive continuous process improvements across revenue operations. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will apply your strong analytical, communication and financial management skills to ensure compliance, system integrity and exceptional customer service outcomes.
About you:
You are a proactive and customer-focused professional with strong revenue management expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships while driving process improvement and compliance outcomes. You will have:
- Demonstrated experience in debt recovery, revenue management and bad debt processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and solve complex issues
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
- Proven ability to maintain data integrity, conduct quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
