Your new role:
As a Senior Psychologist/Case Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality psychological services while supporting excellence across the team. Working within a multidisciplinary community mental health setting, you'll provide advanced clinical care, mentor emerging clinicians, and help shape service improvements that enhance consumer outcomes.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment, intervention and case management for adults with complex mental health needs.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring to psychologists, students and allied health support staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care.
- Lead quality improvement, service development and research initiatives that strengthen clinical practice.

You're an experienced and compassionate psychologist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving mental health outcomes. You bring sound clinical judgement, leadership capability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
