New Graduate Physiotherapist

Your new role:

As a New Graduate Physiotherapist, you'll have the opportunity to build your clinical skills across a variety of practice areas while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You'll develop confidence through structured supervision, professional development and hands-on experience by:

• Delivering physiotherapy assessment, treatment and discharge planning across a range of clinical areas.
• Managing an allocated caseload while developing clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
• Working collaboratively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive health outcomes.
• Contributing to quality improvement, research and service development initiatives.
• Supporting the education of students and allied health assistants under senior clinician guidance.

About you:

We're looking for a motivated graduate who is passionate about delivering patient-centred care and eager to continue developing professionally. You will demonstrate:

• Eligibility for AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist before commencement.
• Completion (or expected completion) of an approved Physiotherapy degree during 2026.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A genuine passion for improving patient outcomes and delivering compassionate care.
