Permanent part time opportunity to provide nursing care at an advanced scope of clinical practice including expanded skills and knowledge in assessment, care planning and implementation, diagnoses, and evaluation of nursing care for a cohort of consumer/patients.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Demonstrate autonomy, accountability, and competence for expanded practice in providing client-focused care within a nursing model including advanced health assessment of consumer's/patient's clinical condition, development, and implementation of appropriately documented management plan.
- Provide specialist nursing interventions that demonstrate an expanded level of nursing knowledge and skills in the practice area of CED presentations.
- Provide advanced clinical support and leadership through evidence-based practice and professional development, service planning and delivery, and quality initiatives.
