About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to support the implementation of the advanced modules of the ieMR at The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH).
The role will be responsible for comprehending complex business and digital workflow requirements, industry trends and technologies to solve organisational risks and priority needs for TPCH, ensuring the ieMR delivers value for patients, staff and the organisation.
The role will provide ongoing coordination between TPCH and Digital Metro North (DNM) for ieMR support activities. This includes operational change management, assessment and planning.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide strategic leadership, advice and management across all specialities (Medical, Nursing, Allied Health, Administration and Support Services) for the implantation of ieMR at TPCH, working collaboratively with TPCH Executive, clinicians, consumers, other MN Directorates, DMN, other Hospital and Health Services, eHealth Queensland and external vendors.
- Resolve service-wide complex clinical service delivery workflows related to ieMR implementation.
- Provide accurate and timely briefings, recommendations, reports, presentations, and correspondence in relation to TPCH ieMR activities.
- Proactively identify and manage risks across all programs at TPCH, including ieMR adoption and support, and prepare for, lead and coordinate management of ieMR incidents.
