Staff Specialist - Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Metro North Health is seeking a Staff Specialist in Obstetrics & Gynaecology to deliver high‑quality, safe and compassionate care to women and families across our service.

You will play a key role in shaping high‑quality O&G services while contributing to the development of junior medical staff and future specialists.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
- Initiate and be responsible for the clinical care of patients while in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department.
- Arrange patient management in accordance with the best interests of the patient
- Participate in the roster for Staff Specialists to ensure senior cover at all times, either directly within the department or on remote call.
