A rare and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and strategic leader to join Redcliffe Hospital as Director of Operations.

About the role
In this newly established executive role, you will drive operational excellence, lead service performance, and shape the future of healthcare delivery during a period of significant growth. Working closely with the Executive Director, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while strengthening governance, workforce capability, and service innovation.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- To model and promote a healthy workplace with a values-driven culture throughout Redcliffe Hospital, contributing to a high performing culture across MNHHS.
- Work with the Executive Director, to ensure all Service Lines are strategically aligned with appropriate clinical plans that are reflective of allocated budget. Develop and promote fiscally sound operating strategies leading to a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead the delivery of Service Line components of Redcliffe Hospital Operational Plan through strong governance and risk management, accountability and provide to the relevant parties timely and accurate reporting with a focus on performance outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships/partnerships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including government agencies, community groups, service providers, education and research bodies, staff, clinicians, patients/consumers.
