About this role
An exciting opportunity exists for Manager - Business Improvent to join the team in Clinical Services. This position plays a critical role in understanding the current provision of clinical services; and providing ongoing advice, analysis and interpretation of health service activity, resources, and recommendations on the progression for expanding and improving business outcomes.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Review current provisions of clinical services, monitoring and analysing resources, activity and data in a complex clinical and operational environment.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to stakeholders and senior management on specific issues relating to service delivery to assigned areas of responsibility.
- Successfully work within a team to achieve goals, priorities and initiatives within a healthcare environment.
- Facilitate various special projects assigned and directed by the Chief Operating Officer as necessary.
Temporary full time position for 6 months
Remuneration value up to $13 880.75 p.m., comprising salary between $5214.20 - $5595.80 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7) (Fixed Term Temporary position for 6 months).
