Registered Nurse/Midwife - Neonatal Unit

We're excited to welcome a Registered Nurse/Midwife to the Neonatal Unit.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Understand your broad responsibilities for safety and quality in healthcare, actively participate in continuous quality and safety improvement activities within the workplace and notify a relevant clinical or non-clinical responsible officer when concerns exist about workplace or patient safety.
• Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
• Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Sunshine Coast Health Values.
• Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, work health and safety and ethical behaviour.

Salary rates: $42.98 - $55.13 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 5) (fixed term, temporary, part time positions available for six months). Applications will remain current for the duration of the vacancy.
