We're excited to welcome an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Advanced Health Worker to our Cultural Healing Program, Mental Health and Specialised Services.
As a member of the Cultural Healing Program you will participate in and contribute to the delivery of a culturally sensitive and appropriate mental health care service to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients who access the Mental Health & Specialised Services.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide a high level of culturally appropriate guidance and assistance in the assessment and treatment planning for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people receiving care from the Cultural Healing Program, MHSS.
- Contribute toward and participate in the establishment and maintenance of communication networks between the Cultural Healing Program, MHSS and relevant Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community organisations and other key stakeholders.
- Participate in quality improvement and research activities that support and promote evidence-based practice (National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards).
Remuneration value up to $117 787p.a., comprising salary between $77 342 - $103 235p.a. (f/t), or salary rates: $39.00 - $52.06p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HWF3 (Permanent full time or part time position available, hours negotiable).
